LSC ran junior football club FC Sports are starting new teams in Crewe and Nantwich!
Training sessions start for u6s (reception and year 1 aged children) with a free taster session on the 7th of January 2020 at Shavington Leisure Centre, followed by weekly sessions on Tuesdays 17:30pm-18:30pm at the same venue.
FC Sports is a junior football club set up in Manchester in 2008 for the sole purpose of developing the more talented players from LSC schools and soccer schools in an environment where they can be kept engaged and challenged whilst still enjoying the many benefits the beautiful game brings. In 2017 the club started its first teams in Liverpool, between both areas the club now has over 250 young footballers between 5-16 years old. Having fun, playing with their friends and learning their game.
Since July 2017 LSC has been running PE & sport in schools, weekend sessions and holiday courses in the Crewe and Nantwich area, led by area manager Kieron Ellis. Kieron has over 12 years on coaching experience and is a keen footballer himself. The Tots FC sessions at Malbank School in Nantwich have been a particular highlight of the great work happening in the area. Running two weekly sessions for children aged 18 month to 5 years old, there are now a handful of children ready to progress to play competitive fixtures with their friends! They are going to continue to stay active on a Saturday morning, continue to learn and continue to enjoy kicking a football around!
The coaches at LSC always get really excited about putting new teams together, especially when some of the children have already been playing together like this group. Look no further if you are looking for a club for your little one to start or continue their football journey!
