Tax-Free Childcare & Childcare Vouchers

Looking for ways to pay for your child’s holiday club or before and after-school club? At LSC, we accept Tax-Free Childcare payments and childcare vouchers, alongside a range of other convenient payment methods.

Whether you’re booking an LSC Holiday Club or an extracurricular club, you can choose the payment option that works for your family.

 

How to pay using Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare Schemes:

  1. Add your chosen club to your basket and go to checkout.
  2. On the payment screen select ‘Childcare Voucher‘ and select your chosen provider via the drop down menu.
  3. Once you have placed your order and received your confirmation email, please go to your provider’s website/ portal to authorise the payment.

Important: You must pay for your booking in full within 48 hours of placing your order. Unpaid bookings will automatically expire, and your reserved place will be released. If the club is fully booked, you may not be able to book the same place again.

Childcare Voucher & Tax-Free Childcare Schemes T&C’s

  • Partial payments are not accepted. If a booking is not paid in full, the booking will be declined.
  • If payment is not received within 48 hours, any ‘Pending’ bookings will automatically expire, and your reserved space will be released. Once expired, you will not be able to rebook if the club is fully booked.
  • Please use your TFCC reference number when paying by TFCC- this is usually a combination of letters and numbers (e.g. SMITH12345).
