Would your five-to-12-year-old child benefit from a confidence boost or would they benefit from an environment where they can make new friends and have lots of fun?
Do you have a girl or boy who likes nothing more than kicking a ball around? If so, our kid’s mini soccer sessions in Leeds may be just what they need.
As specialists in child and toddler football coaching, now in Leeds and Bradford, we can bring out the best in your child; whether that means helping them to improve their soccer skills or giving their confidence a boost.
Jo, a mum in the Leeds/Bradford area, explains how attending the regular Mini Soccer sessions have helped her children,”Since both my boys, age 3 and 5 years old, started the Mighty Tots and Mini Soccer classes with coach Matt, their confidence has grown and their football skills improved hugely! They look forward to seeing Matt every Saturday and my eldest son has really bonded with the other children he has met through the classes too. I would highly recommend both sets of classes as the exercises are varied, fun and build on children’s personal football objectives each week.”
Our Leeds soccer training sessions at Abbey Grange School include lots of fun games, as well as skills, drills and small-sided matches. Our commitment to scaled-down soccer means less players on a team and smaller pitches which, in turn, mean greater involvement for the children, more coaching attention, and more fun for every child involved.
Our scaled-down form of association football means that children get more shots, goals, passes, tackles and saves in every session. It also enables our experienced coaches to observe players closely and do everything possible to nurture both their social and soccer skills.
Our kid’s mini soccer sessions in Leeds last for up to two hours; they start and finish with matches and provide children with plenty of opportunities to learn new soccer skills and practise their techniques. Youngsters are divided into groups appropriate for their age where our qualified FA coaches are always on-hand to offer support, advice and a friendly smile.
Player of the week awards are handed out to recognise improvement and good footballing performance and to reward children who show a good attitude or who have simply tried really hard. This celebrates the fact that, whilst our Mini Soccer centres have football at their heart, the skills children learn have an importance that extends well beyond the soccer pitch.
From improved self-esteem and social skills, to better concentration and focus at school, Mini Soccer can play a key role in improving your child’s performance in all walks of life. The children are often so focussed on having fun that they don’t even realise that they are learning or improving so many skills. The adults around them can clearly see the benefits that they receive from simply spending a couple of hours each week doing an activity they enjoy.
