Lauren Brown has been appointed Schools Partnership Manager at LSC!
Hi everyone, my name is Lauren Brown and I am thrilled to have joined the LSC team as the new School Partnerships Manager alongside Darren McKnight. We will be looking into new ways to promote and expand LSCs school services, setting strategic KPIs and building on school relationships.
For the last 4 years I have been the Schools and Community Engagement Coordinator and Account Manager for the National Citizen Service having accessed hundreds of schools and colleges across Greater Manchester to promote the NCS programme. This lead me to working with young people during the summer supporting them to grow in confidence, challenges themselves and set them up for their next stage in life.
I am really looking forward to meeting new staff and school leaders over the coming months and striving towards our vision of helping children nationwide to become more active.
FUN FACT – I have a kitten called Doris who is basically my child! Don’t be surprised if I get a picture of her for my desk!
