Our Multi Activity Morning Club feature many different sports and activities for children to participate in. Activities may range from Art & Crafts, Drama, Music and Sport. All activities are suitable for the age range.

Our Home school sessions are active sessions for children who receive their education at home. In these sessions, children will improve their skills, fitness & learn the importance of team work. Each week will be a different sport. The sessions will be delivered by a qualified sports coach. We ask parents to stay onsite to support the children.

Our Gymnastics school club specialises in exciting, fun and interactive gymnastic sessions. All sessions provide children with the opportunity to learn and develop a variety of skills such as rhythm development, co-ordination, balance, flexibility, strength, agility, posture and improved fitness. All abilities welcome, nurtured by a team of fully-qualified, professional coaches.

Our after-school clubs help children to develop mentally as well as physically, offering them an environment where they can improve everything from their social skills to their confidence levels whilst learning new physical skills or practising something they enjoy. Our football sessions are based on the Mini Soccer philosophy, a scaled down version of association football, smaller pitches and fewer players.
Why small sided? A very simple answer – small sided games mean more football and more involvement in the game. It maximises involvement in real football situations. More goals, shots, saves, passes, dribbles, tricks and tackles.
It makes it easier for coaches to observe where players are in their development. All players attack and defend in a game rather than being stuck in one position. More freedom to explore the game and ultimately MORE FUN!

Nerf wars is a game where you use Nerf blasters to try and eliminate your opposition. Throughout the course you will be learning skills such as shooting accuracy, hand eye coordination, team work and much more. All trademarks acknowledged, Nerf is a registered trademark of Hasbro, Inc.

As the children develop these skills, they will also improve stamina, speed, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, strength and power. All abilities welcome, nurtured by a team of fully-qualified, DBS checked, professional coaches

Our dodgeball school clubs see the children take part in warm ups and fun games to coach skills such as movement, balance, catching, throwing, dodging and co-ordination. The sessions will end with a dodgeball match or tournament. All abilities welcome, nurtured by a team of fully-qualified, professional coaches.

Our Multi-sports school clubs feature many different sports and activities for children to participate in. Each sport is suitable for the age group and with each session having it’s own theme, every week is different.

During our programme children will be introduced to and coached in cricket, tennis, basketball, football, hockey, tag-rugby, dodgeball, archery and many more through warm-ups, skills, practices and small sided games.
