Striving to improve both service levels and staff members, LSC has launched and appointed three brand new team leaders.
Manchester Area Manager Grieg Aspinall said “We are very pleased to announce that Ryan Shenton, Adam Casey and Dylan Wymbury have been promoted onto the new Team Leader in house training program. A big well done to the three well deserving colleagues, they have all worked hard since joining the business, with a fantastic attitude and work ethic.”
Investors in People accredited LSC is always looking for ways to develop a pathway for employees within the business, and this is one of many examples of staff members taking on new roles and furthering their careers in the sports industry. The program will open up opportunities for internal and external leadership training and experience for the successful three staff.
There will be a gentle element of competition within the workforce as well, as LSC will be running games and incentives between the teams, which will no doubt push performance even further. As Team Leaders are now the first point of contact for members of staff it also introduces a support network for colleagues to help and assist each other during their busy schedule.
Grieg continued… “The levels of dedication shown by staff and the impact that has on customer satisfaction is very important for the company’s long-term success. The new Team Leader positions mean that all staff will now form part of one of the three teams, led by a Team Leader. I am sure you will all join me wishing them the very best to future success within LSC.”
LSC CEO Craig Brennan said “Congrats to the new Team Leaders! All three have shown really positive signs and we are confident they will make real impact where it matters, that said, leadership is about people and not just one person so working together is critical to achieving anything. It wasn’t an easy interview process and all who applied did really well! Well done Dylan, Adam and Ryan!”
