We run a range of sports, gymnastic and street dance camps in Wilmslow and Cheshire which are always popular with kids. Each camp will build your child’s fitness, balance, posture, co-ordination and flexibility, whilst giving them plenty of self-confidence in the process. This is because the camps don’t simply focus on teaching gymnastics and dance skills. They focus heavily on non-competitive self-expression and interpersonal skills, using the Rhythmix syllabus which focuses on broader skills for life, developed through physical movement and play.
Our Ethos
Little Sports Company provides high quality coaching, delivered by highly experienced coaches in a low pupil to staff ratio for plenty of individual attention. We welcome children of all ages and abilities, and focus on inclusive participation, where no one is left out. There is no emphasis on performance; only fun, learning and play, with plenty of exercises geared to different learning styles, ages and abilities, and with children put into age appropriate groups where they can make friends.
Our courses all run indoors at carefully vetted, high quality sports and dance venues. Our dance courses also cover cheerleading. A typical day will begin with a warm-up and group ‘getting to know you’ exercises, with fun and games, before the main skills learning and practice sessions. Then, there are performances, games and a chance to show newly acquired skills off to parents at the end of the day. Children have snack breaks and a supervised lunch. We also offer wrap-around care for parents who need a little longer, and your children will get to continue their fun, with the same quality care, supervision and structured learning.
