Paying With Childcare Vouchers & Tax-Free Childcare Schemes

Childcare vouchers were operated through a salary sacrifice scheme and can be used to pay for your before and after school clubs, as well as holiday clubs. Contact your provider for full T&C’s.

You have flexibility in paying for your out-of-school clubs. We accept various payment options, including card (debit and credit), Apple Pay, Klarna, Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare Payments.

 

Accepted Childcare Providers

See below for a list of our approved childcare voucher providers, along with our unique reference number for them, where possible.

How to pay using Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare Schemes:

  1. Add your chosen club to your basket and go to checkout.
  2. On the payment screen select ‘Childcare Voucher’ and select your chosen provider via the drop down menu.
  3. Once you have placed your order and received your confirmation email, please go to your provider’s website/ portal to authorise the payment.

Please note that you will have 48 hours to pay or your booking will be automatically declined.

Childcare Voucher & Tax-Free Childcare Schemes T&C’s

  • Partial payments are not accepted. If a booking is not paid in full, the booking will be declined.
  • If payment is not received within 48 hours, any ‘Pending’ bookings will automatically expire, and your reserved space will be released. Once expired, you will not be able to rebook if the club is fully booked.
  • Please use your child’s name as the reference when making the voucher payment.
